I've Been to Therapy Before

I might be a good fit if you :

  • have been to therapy a long time ago.
  • had a therapist you didn't connect with, or who turned you off to therapy.
  • have experienced something you just can't shake or has derailed your life.
  • have experienced something that isn't your therapist's area of expertise.
  • had a great therapist who is no longer available.

ART might be right for you if you:

  • have been in talk therapy for years and still haven't made progress or are just getting by.
  • want to get better, but don't really want to talk about it.
  • have a great therapist, but there's an incident or issue that you want quick resolution to.
